This programme stops browser pop-up ads. AdAvert does not necessitate you to spend time maintaining a disastrous list of advertisements (though it does have a disastrous list filtering feature if you prefer to filtrate pop-ups that way). AdAvert also stops spam from the Messenger Service that is built into Windows XP / 2000.
